“I have not always been the most confident person. The Leadership Institute, gave me the tools I needed to grow my confidence. I am not exaggerating when I say that I now use it every day in my position.
One of the biggest takeaways I received from participating in The Leadership Institute was learning how to interact with the people around me, both personally and professionally, based on their archetypes. Just understanding that everyone is quite different in how they interact has helped me to try to remember to communicate with them in a way that they might receive better.
