Joining OASBO means joining a vibrant network of over 1600 public school business officials across the state, and gaining access to valuable tools, resources, and education for career enhancement and growth. 

A professional association headquartered in Westerville, Ohio, we take pride in empowering our members and advancing the profession through successful advocacy programs, collaboration and innovative education solutions.

Our members serve in many key school district business and finance roles, including; treasurer/CFO, business manager, food service, transportation supervisor, and administrative support staff.

School business official (SBO) membership types include Professional, Associate, Student, and Retired. Vendors can join as Service Affiliate members.

OASBO also has several statewide and regional chapters and affiliates. Chapter memberships are handled by each chapter. If you are interested in finding out which chapter(s) is in your region, or about chapter membership, please visit our Chapters & Committees pages.

***If you are an Associate member, check with the Professional member in your district to see if they would like you to use their free Associate membership code. Codes cannot be used to pay for or get a refund for an Associate Membership already being processed.
