*(BWC's rules require any public employer who is either "Group Experience Rated or "Group Retrospective Rated" to complete a two-hour training IF they had a WC claim, medical only or loss time, within the 15-month “green period”. This requirement must be satisfied during the program year of participation. For the 2019 program, the “green period” is January 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. If a district is not participating in either Group program for 2019, by BWC rules they do not have this requirement, but may attend).
