Rick Manoloff is a partner in the Cleveland office of Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, where, for about 23 years, he has represented school districts throughout Ohio on bond issues, note issues, leases, contracts, tax levies, public records, and other matters of concern to school business officials. Rick has written school finance legislation, works on improvements to statewide policies and procedures, authors articles for OASBO’s SBO Quarterly magazine, and co-authors Thomson Reuters’ Ohio School Law treatise for school district administrators. He is a graduate of Princeton University (magna cum laude; Phi Beta Kappa) and Yale Law School, went to Bay High School (west of Cleveland), and was born in Cleveland.

Mike Sharb is the Practice Group Leader of the nationally-recognized Public & Infrastructure Finance Practice Group of the law firm of Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, where he is a partner resident in the Cleveland office. Since joining Squire in 1996, Mike has represented school districts throughout Ohio on bond issues, note issues, leases, contracts, tax levies, ethics and other matters of concern to school business officials. He has written school finance legislation, authored articles for OASBO’s SBO Quarterly magazine, and co-authors Thomson Reuters’ Ohio School Law treatise for school district administrators. He is a graduate of Ohio University and the University of Colorado School of Law. Mike is a native Ohioan, and grew up in Logan in southeast Ohio. Prior to finding his true calling as a bond lawyer, Mike worked as an accountant and, in 1989, passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination.
