Beverly Meyer is a labor, employment, and education attorney representing K-12 school districts, colleges, and universities. She handles collective bargaining, employee discipline, harassment investigations, wage and hour claims, and leave and benefits issues. Beverly litigates in federal and state courts and appears before administrative agencies. She is an enthusiastic lecturer and has developed employment-related trainings for clients and professional groups at local, state, and national levels. A partner at Bricker Graydon LLP, she chairs the Firm’s Political Subdivisions Group and is a past chair of the Ohio Council of School Board Attorneys and Dayton Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Committee.
